Quality customer service . My partner and I recently purchased a property with Craig Goodridge at Welsh and I couldn't have been more impressed with his professionalism. As my partner and I were first home buyers we were hesitant going into home opens and dealing with pushy agents but Craig made us feel welcome, answered all of our questions (even though some may have been silly or unnecessary) and even gave us a personal tour of the property which put us at ease. We felt like we were treated with respect from Craig. We would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Belmont area selling or buying.

Excellent Service. We interacted with Welsh RE when looking for a rental at very short notice just before Christmas. We ended up being offered a tenancy for what was our second option and sent a message to Welsh to tell them that we had an offer, but preferred the house that they were managing - the staff at Welsh took the time to track down the owners and expedite our application to get a prompt answer and we were able to politely decline the first offer and accept the offer from Welsh RE, which was our preferred option. Taking the time and making the effort to go that one step further, made our life much easier at a very stressful time.
