WELSH were the only team we contacted who were willing to pick up the phone around this holiday period. We were connected with Chantal, who was lovely and very accommodating. Excellent Service. We interacted with Welsh RE when looking for a rental at very short notice just before Christmas. We ended up being offered a tenancy for what was our second option and sent a message to Welsh to tell them that we had an offer, but preferred the house that they were managing - the staff at Welsh took the time to track down the owners and expedite our application to get a prompt answer and we were able to politely decline the first offer and accept the offer from Welsh RE, which was our preferred option. Taking the time and making the effort to go that one step further, made our life much easier at a very stressful time.

I am so glad to be tenant of WELSH Real Estate, the service is so fast, besides the property is located at ideal place, we can avail lots of facilities which are necessary during our day to day life since Belmont forum is just 5 minutes drive. Moreover, Rivervale pharmacy is also near and to keep our physical health in good condition netball and other sport facilities ground is just 3 minutes walk. No disturbance by traffic it’s very silence we enjoy sleeping.
